Note: It feels almost blasphemous to keep a record of the Goddess. And yet, as doubtlessly the most powerful force in existence, not recording what is known of the Goddess Larrakane would be a dereliction of duty, something far worse than blasphemy in my book. May She judge me fairly if She must judge me at all

A description of Larrakane as recorded by Fiona Thorne
A woman sat in one of the chairs, her smooth oval face turned toward the sun. The amber light danced twinkling across her darkened skin. The midnight-blue gown she wore spoke of an older time, cinched in at the waist and flowing till it faded from sight.

Religion and Places of worship
Prior to Larrakane revealing Herself to the people of the pages, religion was polytheistic, with worship of a multitude of other creatures and concepts. But when a Goddess shows Her face and Her powers, what can one do but amend ones previous misconceptions. These histories live on in the older temples.
Other pages held temples to Larrakane cobbled from the deities they’d worshiped before her appearance; each was unique and slightly apologetic for praising false gods when they discovered there was one true one.
– BETWEEN THE LINES
The Followers of Larrakane were given a specific post in Spine as soon as the city was created. They spend their time in worship and traveling the Book, to keep Her name in the hearts and on the lips of all.
The temple on Spine…was crafted solely for Larrakane. It had always belonged to her and would remain hers. It was three stories tall and as large as a manor house, though round in shape. Central open archways dotted every few feet of its wall framed by thick forest-green vines of ivy. They flowed up over the sides of the building to create a knotted and twisting roof, shielding the interior from light and water that sprinkled down from the aqueducts.
– BETWEEN THE LINES
There have been quite a few leaders of the Followers of Larrakane over the last two hundred years. Though she is human, their current leader, Priestess Raina, seems more than equal to the task.
* * *
The following information cannot be verified. These details have been seen in old fragments in private collections and recorded secondhand by trusted sources.
Larrakane dislikes chaos, irrationality, rule-breaking, and threats to Her creations.
This very old letter fragment, dated around the earliest era and found in the library of Queen Brilliance of Rise.
“To her dearest son, etc., by the grace of the Goddess, Eleanor, by that same grace, etc., and with the blessing of the Goddess as hers. You will know, dearest son, that we have laid our eyes upon that which is holy and can testify that the following is true. She lives and I have seen her. In her holy vestments and divine light, She has the closest likeness to those Goddess of the Egyptians, Thot, yet with the spirit and wisdom of Isis.”
This information from an apparent eyewitness gives us little to go on as we have no record of Egyptians or their Gods. Somewhere, someone may have more information about what this could mean.
Larrakane is also not an all-knowing Goddess. This can be shocking to read, but the accounts are clear in recording Her surprise and even Her embarrassment at certain events.
