This adventure is a framework for the DM. Why a framework and not a full-blown module? There would be a lot of assumptions I’d have to make as a designer to build a complete experience for each card. This project was already ambitious, and I met with several DM’s nailing down what was really necessary. Instead of obscure details trying to cover all scenarios, most of these adventures give the DM the outline, key NPCs, maps, and monsters to wing it with the Deck of Many Things in your world.
