he Enchanted
lmeres Investigate
When she reads time and he reads people, the Ton is an open book.
Lady Cordelia Almvere has an unusual gift: step into any room, and she can experience a trace of what unfolded there before. It’s terribly useful at crime scenes and absolutely inconvenient at balls. Her husband, Lord Almvere, has a gift of his own: a charm so persuasive that secrets could fall out of people’s mouths, but he genuinely prefers to be left alone with a good book.
Set in a Fae-touched reimagining of Regency England, THE ENCHANTED ALMVERES INVESTIGATE, follows Lord and Lady Almvere through drawing rooms, country estates, and candlelit inns—wherever secrets linger, and someone needs to get to the bottom of things. The cases range from stolen heirs to murder at the manor. The world grows stranger with every book.
But threaded through every case is a larger question: what, exactly, are the Almveres? And who else knows?
Meet the Almveres in
BODY IN THE AMBER LIBRARY
It would be that on the first social event since Lady Almvere’s marriage, instead of polite smiles and an eager reading of rare texts, there should be a body in the library and not nearly enough suspects.
When the Almveres accept an invitation to their friends’ country ball on the promise of rare texts concerning the Fae, they expect an evening of good society and better information.
What they find instead are empty shelves and a dead man warming in a chair.
With guests waltzing in the next room and a culprit hidden among them, the Almveres have one night to recover what was stolen and uncover who would murder to keep it.

What to expect when reading The Planar Pages series
Reinvented historical periods and a touch of magic
Each book includes a glimpse at a recognizable historical setting but with an added sprinkle of magic, a dash of adventure, and a twist or three. The Court of Copper, home of the Fae, is a shining example: a realm inspired by Renaissance-era Venice. Take a look behind the pages: Renaissance-era Venice and the Court of Copper,
Inclusive worlds and a queer normative setting
Fiona Thorne is our strong female lead, but she’s not alone. As for romantic relationships, they’re here and they tend to be queer. At the Court of Queen Brilliance of Rise, you’re more likely to be judged on your choice of attire than your choice of dance partners.
Cozy epic adventures that keep you entertained
From the cozy comfort of a warm fire and a hot coffee to the beginnings of lasting friendships through entertaining adventures. Fiona can’t help but speak out against injustice and she can’t stand a bully. Getting in trouble on behalf of those who can’t help themselves is just one way to make a new friend. It might not be the safest but it’s certainly entertaining.
Powerful plots full of mystery and intrigue
Each new adventure gives the reader a chance to play detective in a fascinating fantasy world. There’s a new mystery with every book and an ongoing mystery throughout, driven by the decisions of characters both seen and unseen.
